Texas Medical Association Scope of Practice PAC (TMA SCOPE PAC) is a bipartisan state political action committee established by the Texas Medical Association. The purpose of TMA SCOPE PAC is to elect candidates for state and local office who support protecting the practice of medicine, physician-led care, and patient safety. TMA SCOPE PAC does not contribute to candidates for federal office or otherwise use its funds in connection with federal elections. 

Contributions to TMA SCOPE PAC are voluntary. You have the right to refuse to contribute without reprisal. Contributions to TMA SCOPE PAC are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes.
